Return Period
- We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Clothing: Unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Tumblers and Mugs: Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@luzworld.com to request a return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@luzworld.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- We will resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed clothing or personalized tumblers and mugs.
- Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
- For exchanges, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
