Return Period

  • We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Clothing: Unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Tumblers and Mugs: Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@luzworld.com to request a return.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@luzworld.com if:
    • The item is defective or damaged.
    • You received the wrong item.
  • We will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-designed clothing or personalized tumblers and mugs.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
